Burgh Island Sponsored Swim 2011
This exciting event will take place on Sunday, September 4th 2011 when we hope to have 200 swimmers completing the mile long swim around the iconic Burgh Island. The event is being organised by the Chestnut Appeal for Prostate Cancer, a charity that supports men with prostate cancer and their families across Devon and Cornwall.
Registration for the swim is £30 which will include; full safety cover and event t-shirt and swim cap, a medal on completion of the swim and an end of swim snack. And we ask all participants to raise a minimum of £50 sponsorship for the charity.
