Our next beginners group will start on Monday 11th September, 7pm at Mounts Bay Academy.
This 10 week course is structured to help new runners learn how to run injury free and safely, also warm up & cool down plus stretch. The course leaders are UK Athletics qualified Leaders in Running Fitness and experienced runners & triathletes.
The course runs from 11/9/17 – 20/11/17 (excluding half term week of 23/10/17). On Saturday 25th November we’ll run Penrose parkrun 5k together (optional). Most sessions are run on the 3G pitch at Mounts Bay Academy.
Places are strictly limited but there are still spaces @ 7/9/17. The cost is £20 for the 10 week course.
