A 4.2 mile or so beach run (depending on the tide) on sand, shingle pebbles, seaweed etc including a r iver crossing (footbridge optional) – finishing in front of St Michael’s Mount.

Registration from 9.30am in Mounts Bay Sailing Club (behind The Godolophin Arms).  Parking in Folly Field (the car park on your right-hand side as you come into Marazion from Penzance).

Part of the Cornish Multi-Terrain Race Series 2013 sponsored by Personal Best Running and The National Trust.

£1 of entry fee goes towards the Poppy Appeal.

To be held on Sunday, 10 November 2013 in aid of The Poppy Appeal to coincide with Remembrance Sunday.  11.02am start – 2 minutes silence beforehand.

Registration at Mounts Bay Sailing Club, Godolphin Steps, West End, Marazion from 9.30am.

15 years and above can take part.
