MBH Handicap race – Sunday, 1 November 2009

Once again this year Jess and Mike will be organising a handicap event open to all MBH members?and friends of the club.
It will be run on the ?Mounts Bay 10k? route, based on your 10k PB (in the last 3 years); runners will set off at different times.
If you haven?t raced this distance before, you can still take part.
The winner is the runner who beats their PB by the most and will be the same person who crosses the line first. In theory, everyone could finish at the same time. It?ll be a race to the finish line!
Prizes for 1st, 2nd, 3rd
? Anyone can win this race.
? Goody bag for all competitors.
? You get a head start on some of your running mates!
? Can be used as a practice run for the GP race in Feb.
? You could win a nice shiny trophy!
? Just ?2 to enter.
? If you cannot take part, please come along and show your support
We will calculate a start time based on your own 10k P.B. (or any race you may have taken part in previously.)
The start and finish are near the Marazion surgery next to the football club. Please see Ian, Jess or Mike for further details.
We will meet at Marazion surgery at 10:15 am
