MBH Spinning around with coach Troy

Well we did it!! 5 brave (or stupid) members suffered for 80 mins solid at the turbo session tonight at the dome. ShawnyG, Gus, TimD, Yvonne, myself and of course coach Troy! completed the Time Trialapalooza. The session which involves keeping a close eye on heart rate and cadence using gear selection while gradually get progressively harder in 20 minute, 15, 10 and finally 5 minute all out repetitions – it was hot, sweaty and hard but all enjoyed a little something different – keep your eye on the forum for the next session – if you want your cycling to reach new heights then this, along with some actual work on the road e.g. handling skills etc is the way to go.
