Mounts Bay Harriers travelled to St Austell Bay for the challenging but popular Sticker 5 mile road race and the 1 mile fun run . Five of the junior section competed in the 1 mile race and they were two sets of siblings Savannah and Jolie Gibbs joined with Holly , James and Thomas Tregear to put the training to the test and this saw them all finishing under the 9 minute mark. In the senior 5 mile race the team of twelve athletes cruised out and down to Hewas Water where the course took on a more challenging hue and the Cornish hills prevailed. First Harrier home was John McWilliams in 29.40 with Anne Waller leading the ladies in a time of 35.48 . It was first time on this course for Natalie Gibbs and Nicky Morse and they both achieved very good times of 52.05 and 41.19 .
