Spinning Sesh This Wednesday

Don’t forget coach Troy will be putting those willing volunteers through their paces this Wednesday at the dome classroom 7PM sharp – bring your bike and turbo trainer, a HR monitor, towel and a good drop to drink – can you e mail Ian to def let him know your going to turn up please – Time Trialapalooza – 80 minutes of progressively harder sets (20 mins / 15 / 10 / 5) with 5 minute recovery intervals – come along if you think you’re ‘ard enuff! Spectators welcome.
