Mounts Bay Harriers had a good turnout at An Res, the 3rd race in the 2016 Grand Prix series. An Res is a tough 10 mile race, conditions were good although windy in places but several Harriers managed personal bests. The latest group of beginners at Mounts Bay Harriers finished their 10 week course on Monday 21 March by successfully running 5k. The beginners course offers a structured plan with England Athletics qualified leaders with the aim of being able to complete a 5k run at the end of the 10 weeks.
