This week’s competitions for our MBH members started with 8 members travelling abroad to Cyprus for a 4 day challenge. Where they covered varying distances over consecutive days to equalling a grant total of 30 miles when finishing on the 4th day.

Lize Whybrow made the long journey to Newcastle for the Newcastle Town Moor Half Marathon. This 3 1/2 lap event took runners through the historic Exhibition Park & the Town Moor. Despite an incident at mile 12, Liz finished under 3 hours & thoroughly enjoyed the event.
