The Accelerace Extreme Tri is a tough middle-distance triathlon. It incorporates some of the most scenic roads and trails across Devon and Dartmoor, from the coast to the high moor.
Time: 9:00 am The course of the Accelerace Extreme Tri has been designed by athletes tired of racing around suburbs and housing estates. Counting laps is not fun, and out-and-back courses quickly lose their appeal. The event incorporates a variety of categories, opening the race up to competitors of all ages and abilities. Entrants are sorted by their age and gender, and will be given their finishing place in both categories. There is also a team event, whereby any two individual competitors can join forces to compete for the overall same-gender or mixed gender team prize (positions judged on aggregate time). There is no extra charge for this, simply inform us on entry whether you want to enter with a team mate, or let us know later when you manage to convince your friend or partner that it’s a good idea.
