Harriers do well at Falmouth Tri 26/6/16

A group of Harriers took on the Falmouth triathlon, a sprint triathlon consisting of a 750 metre sea swim, 23 kilometres cycling around Falmouth & a 5 kilometre run around Pendennis point. All the Harriers finished with Janet Haynes coming 1st in her age group &’3rd female overall - a great result for her.

3 Harriers take on Torbay Half 26/6/16

3 Harriers travelled to Devon to take on the Torbay half marathon, 13.1 miles in a traffic free 2 lap route with some stunning coastal views & a few hills. The first Harrier home was Damian Cook in 1.52.03 followed by Claire Backhouse in 2.17.34 & Amanda Prosser in 2.28.38.
