To avoid delays on the morning of the event registration will be available on Saturday 26 May as well as on the morning of the event from 7.00am at Helston Sports Centre, TR13 8YQ.
The event will start at 8.00am with competitors starting at various times according to their estimated swim time.
Swim - 400m
Takes place in the Helston Sports Centre swimming pool.
Cycle - 25km
The cycle route leaves the Sports Centre and follows the road towards The Lizard peninsula. It continues around in a loop before returning on the same road back to the Sports Centre.
Run - 5.5km
The run leaves the Sports Centre and follows the cycle route until it branches off on to a quiet country road and bridleway before returning to finish on the School field behind the Sports Centre.
