Juniors park run

On Saturday the 07th March Mounts Bay Harriers Junior section kicked off the weekends racing by attending Penrose Park run. This is after completing an 8-session training programme to improve their running skills. Attending was:

All the Coach’s for Mounts Bay Harriers Junior section are very proud of all the juniors that attend our session & as shown by the amount of PB’s gained the hard work they put in week in week out pays off.
