Last year the triathlon attracted 51 entrants, aged from 16 to 56, and started at Restronguet Sailing Club with an 800m swim to Mylor Harbour. The competitors then got on their bikes to start a 12 mile cycle ride through Mylor village, Treluswell, Penryn and returning back to the harbour for the final stage of the competition.
The four mile run took competitors cross country around Trefusis Head, Flushing returning through the country roads to the yacht harbour.
