Another of Ben’s challenges.
Consisting of a beach run, 10k orienteering multi-terrain run, 20k orienteering mountain bike, surf paddle boarding, assault course, cliff assault (abseiling, climbing, rope work) and the rat run - but not necessarily in that order!
The last one was great fun - and five-and-a-half hours well spent (it would have been quicker if we didn’t get lost!)
