To avoid delays on the morning of the event, registration will be available on Saturday 29 September at Newquay Sports and Community Centre from 4pm - 6pm as well as on the event day from 6.30am.
The event will start at 8.00am with a mass start from Towan Beach.
Swim - 1500m
Takes place in the surf at Towan Beach with safety cover provided by the RNLI.
Cycle - 34km
The cycle route heads from the beach out to Goonhavern and then returns through St Newlyn East back to Newquay Tretherras School and the second transition.
Run - 10km
The run leaves the School field heads out towards Quintrell Downs then loops back and returns past the boating lake and Newquay Zoo to finish at the Sports Centre .
